Fordrelic originally posted the stretch 23 in classified parts for sale section back on Sept 22 because it was a parts car. On Oct 20 Mark Osterman questioned Fordrelic if it was indeed a 1923. Fordrelic answered on Oct 21 that it was indeed a 1923. and a few days later. Jeff Assistant to the Grand Poobah MTFCA Site Admin picked up on the question and and moved it here. Forum support questions.
