Looks like a top of the line 128 inch wheelbase Buick Master oval window brougham. Probably a 1927. Definitely not a '28. Although they look very similar, there were quite a number of subtle styling changes between the two years. The fenders being the most obvious thing.

I agree, 1924-1927 Buick. Pretty cars.
