UPDATE

Post by avent40 » Sun Jan 05, 2020 8:45 am

Mr. Dorgan has contacted me and he has explained to me that he was sick and in the hospital. Mr. Dorgan was kind enough to send back my items and I am happy with his efforts and satisfied with the outcome. I will continue to use him in the future for any other restorations.

I hope you get this resolved but here are a few questions

1) Did you send the package with a "signature required" form. If not then he can deny he received it. If you did then you have proof that he has your items

2) Has he acknowledged ever receiving them in an e-mail, letter etc.? It's a shame but you need to prove he has them.

If you can prove he has them then you could contact the authorities and ask them to recover your property but you may have to list them as stolen first.

Perhaps he has taken ill and isn't able to respond.

Reading some of the complaints on line, it sounds like another story on the dad started the business and had a steller reputation and then the son took over and it went down hill from there.

That business you refer to had TWO sons who could not meet eye to eye and the business suffered.

Found this on the internet from the Better Business Bureau (read it, the call the police in Tucson and file a report for fraud that son(s) masqueraded as the original "sirenman" and misrepresented the business )
