Is this a Ruckstell trans part?

Post by Corvette Guy » Thu Mar 26, 2020 8:06 pm

It came with my truck, I think it's part of a Ruckstell trans linkage but I'm not sure as fork looks different than the ones in the catalog? Any idea of what it is and what it is worth?

Yes, it is, but it’s for a TT truck.

Eric is correct- it's not "early"- just for a TT truck.

How do you tell at TT vs T part? I'm guessing the TT has a longer rod due to the longer wheelbase and maybe a different fork due to the worm gear?

The TT shifter is held on with 4 bolts, the car shifter is held on with 3.

There are more differences including size but that's the basic way to tell.
