Need to relax
Damn disappointed about the photo business. Trying like he** to get it right (Win 10). Not even the old small pics that worked on the old Forum will load. Enough. Need to step away. REALLY thought this stuff would be updated.
Forget everything you thought you knew.

Re: Need to relax
Charlie,
underneath the reply area on my screen, thee are two buttons...one says full editor.... I have a retention problem and I do not remember what the button to the right said. However, I clicked on the left hand button (full editor) and a different reply screen appeared. I wrote the words in the previous post, and clicked on a picture on my desktop and dragged it into the reply area, and you can see the result.
Try that after you are done relaxing.
Good Luck.
Maybe you need to come back to Jersey for awhile and get some of that "Garden Fresh Air".posting.php?mode=reply&f=2&t=127#
Cheers,
Dave

Charlie,
There has to be something off in your settings or whatever.
There are several ways to load pictures and all seem easier than the other forum.
I'm not a computer wiz, but mottle my way through pretty well.

Re: Need to relax
Charlie,
I may be no help at all but this is how I post a picture here. I hit the post a reply below the thread and not the quick reply button then below this box where you type you will see the OPTIONS and beside that ATTACHMENTS button. I click ATTACHMENTS and then ADD FILES and it opens a new window where I find the picture in my computer and click on it. Then I hit PREVEIW and it shows up and then I hit SUBMIT.
I hope I am not messing you up cause I don't know what I am doing but it works for me.

Give an old car guy a barn and he won't throw anything away.
Re: Need to relax
Yeah me too. I have tried to reduce the pic size with the same app I used before but it just won’t go small enough. I know it can be done because others have done it but I can’t seem to get it right. I just won’t have any pics here.

Re: Need to relax
I posted this a while ago and after finding and loading a picture reducer I got my avitar pic on the site. What really got my goat was when I realized I didn't need a reducer for anything else besides the avitar. my pics load without trouble or any reducing.

Re: Need to relax
Also a GIF at 90x90 will work, but not a JPG
