Please Dave,
The spider shaft shows significant pitting and something else. That piece looks un-useable. What are the measurements of the gear case ID?

Ken, I will try to measure it today, a lot going on though so maybe tomorrow.
The shaft is pitted a little where it clamps in the case, where the gears ride is not...

I haven’t had a chance to measure yet, but I see the shaft fits nicely in the ring gear half. The other half is way smaller where the shaft sits, like it needs machined to fit.
Was there a smaller size shaft ?
Also the shaft where the gears ride cleaned up with a Scotchbrite, I will measure it also.
Anyone have any specs. ?
I have a much more knowledgeable friend coming Friday and I will ask him.
Thanks for looking, Dave

Just a guess on my part but it looks like the right side differential half is an earlier style (see pictures), the arm diameter on the 1909-1910 (2526) spider was 9/16" rather than 5/8" (2526B). So perhaps it's a mismatch with the right side differential half early and the left later?

From the encyclopedia for 1911

It is possible that the tapered axle first appeared in the 6-rivet rear end. Internally, the differential spider was modified to have larger arms (5/8” instead of 9/16”), which required new differential gears with 5/8” holes (with bronze bushings) and a new differential carrier. The pinion bearing spool was also changed and now used 13/32” studs instead of the 3/8” used in 1910. The dates of these changes are not known but they may have been at the time of the change to the “1912” axle in July 1911.

Thanks Joe, I think you’re right, 2 different halves. I’ll look for a mate tomorrow.
Are you coming too ?

Ok, I was informed that the gear half is junk.
The shaft and right half are very nice and I have another set missing one spider gear. Will get a picture today and redo this add.
Sorry, I know modern axles very good, but little experience with Ts....I’m learning.
