I simply have not been able to do this with Win 10. Probably easy enough just not enough between the ears. I now have an IPad in addition to the pc. Would that perhaps be easier?

IT WORKED!!!!!! Yes, it is a John Deere Gilpin Sulky Plow which was first built in 1875. I have one just like the one in the picture. I will try to send a picture of it before I restored it. Hopefully, I can repeat the process!!

The process to post photos is basically independent of the computer that is being used. (phones a bit harder). Not sure what problem you are having.
Start a post. enter text.. then Click an the
Attachment Tab, ten when you see
ADD FILES click on it - now that action opens up a window showing the folders and files you have on your computer and that is computer dependent. Once selected you need to wait a bit fir it to be uploaded to your post - when you see
Place In line - you can add a a max of 5 photos to one message - if more photos just start another REPLY in the same POST.
If you having trouble finding the photo on your computer or a something else email me I'll be glad to help

I'll add that you can post nearly all full-sized pictures and the forum software will make them fit. Rarely you will get the dreaded yellow triangle and the notice that your picture is too big. In those cases I find a slight reduction good enough.
This is 1.3 MB, 2533 × 2905 pixels, and it posts easily with no need to resize.

Test. Giving it a shot.
No good. Says 3mb and the aforementioned triangle appears. Too big? Small?

let's see. This is on the Win 10 laptop....(this writing is edited on after posting the pic: seems drag & drop works on the PC.) Thanks Frank.
Second text edit; still no on the IPad. 3mb and the triangle.

On my postings the yellow triangle means the picture is too large. The site moderators told me the problem had been resolved and it hasn’t happened to me since.
If your problem occurred recently then you may have exceeded the new limit. Try making your pictures smaller. On my laptop and my iPhone, I have applications that do it. Another way on an iPhone is to mail the picture to yourself and choose a smaller option when asked.

I have encountered one odd thing. If I take a photo with my phone camera held in the horizontal position, I can post it. However, if I hold the camera vertically taking a photo of the same object, it does not post. Any thoughts on why?

There are several possibilities. What make and model phone? Does it have different modes like PICTURE, LANDSCAPE, PORTRAIT etc What di you use for each photo. Yes post the one you can
