Muncie transmission mount

I am getting close to the point where the rear axle is ready to go in so I am looking at other parts that need to be in place. I have a nice Muncie that I am using in this car. I have the proper connectors and the support, but I don’t have the hardware for mounting the support. The manual shows a couple of “U” bolts that go over the top of the frame then pass through the mount to hold it on. The manual shows two springs below the mount held on with nuts. I am not sure how stiff these springs need to be and how tightly things need to be tightened down. Can someone who has an original Muncie mount give me a hint on the proper setup and springs to use?

Not sure it’s best, but we made a simple angle iron bracket with welded tabs to bolt onto the Muncie. It won’t flex. We might need some springs on the frame mount based upon your image. Thanks for posting.

Just thinking that these should work (if ID matches) since they're used for wishbone
