Here's an early FORD accessory designed to help you get more miles per gallon out of old Lizzie. (Jay)
As far as I can see it fits over the standard mixture knob. The numbers represent MPG you should get at each setting, I think the higher the number, the leaner the mixture. (Adrian Whiteman)
