It appears to be a "slab-side" '12 model year with rear outside door handles. That should make it an early calendar '12, mid-year '12 model touring car. Early model year (into early calendar year also) 1912 T touring cars had a step-side body (reminiscent of early automotive and carriage bodies) while along about February '12 the newer cleaner lines "slab-side" bodies began turning out. A short couple months later, the outside door handles were replace by inside door levers not unlike what Ford continued to use throughout the rest of open car production of the model T.
The "removable" front door/panel was standard equipment on the touring car throughout 1912 model year.
