That is a very nice 1915 runabout. I see a fellow sitting in the car, high collar, appropriate tie, collar clip (there was a term for those, I can't think of it right off, I have a couple of them). Car has 1915 New York plate on the front. Looks very new. Perfect in nearly every detail (even the black centers of the hubcaps), with one minor anomaly. The rear curtain of the top is rolled up, a factory feature that ended about a year earlier I understand. It was something that continued to be done after-market, so that can explain it. But a part of me has a strange feeling the photo may not be a hundred plus years old?
Any other speculations?
