They were all made out of a 2 layer polyester/flannel outer layer and a soft cotton inner layer

We used to sale a round head clevis pin like in this photo but the gentleman making them passed away. It was not really even domed at all.

The clevis pin you are looking for is an intermediate height head between that one and the later style.

Here is two 1912 adverts from Ford.

I also remember George saying something about some cars with the butterfly brackets were used as well but I cannot remember if that was for 1911 or 1912 as well. They took a flat top fender with two fender eye bolts on each fender.

The strap is for for the earlier saddles that didn't take a pad. (1909-1913ish) The tabs get riveted to the saddle

I didn't get the change of notice cards when I went to Ford on the fuel lines. Fords drawings also doesn't say how the tube was formed. I got some information off of a 26-27 drawing on fuel lines. They said Ford would except either Brass seamless tubing or wrapped and sweated brass tubing. Here is a photo of the 25 and earlier Ross box next to the 1926-1927 box like Les has.

The 26-27 box is shifted closer to the frame rail and the spark rod has to go above the casting for the gear setup when the earlier set up still has room for the spark rod to go between the gear box and the frame.
