Anyone know if someone is reproducing the Diode battery charger accessory powered by the magneto for non starter cars? I bought and installed one years ago on our1915 roadster and would like to install one on another T we have.

If you can't find one you can make one. The circuit is fairly simple. You need a diode such as the 1N5042, P600M or equiv. , a bulb socket , and a automotive light bulb.

If the bulb burns out, it may mean that the diode shorted (had that happen once). The blown bulb protects the magneto. You never want to connect the battery and mag directly as...

I just found 5 brand new, in the package 1/4-32 taps. They are top quality Chinese made...not my normal USA taps that I typically offer, but are still a quality product and will work just fine for many many years. The bonus is, these are FREE and my USA ones are not...

Original, not reproduction, brass Fulton Aermore No. 2 exhaust whistle. 15 inch length. Nice tight solid condition, has very crisp deep train whistle sound when blown. Great condition, no dents, one rub mark only. Works great, nice original whistle. 175 includes shipping.

A good 1926-1927 radiator shell. This is a nickel plated brass shell. These are hard to find in any condition. Just out of a barn . Has not been cleaned. Still has some original lacing. Here is a nice incomplete Stromberg OF carburetor. Missing butterfly, shaft and throttle lever, high speed rocker lever and choke cable bracket. Includes float. All the other adjustment needles and jets are present. Perfect to keep as a spare or to rebuild into a functioning carb. Hard to find, a great start on a rebuild. 175 includes shipping....

Problem is location, location, location. Sadly since you're way up north of Chi-town and Milwaukee with lots of traffic in those areas but along a nice lake might make it hard for people to just pop on over LOL. Shipping this stuff isn't that hard, short of cleaning any grease maybe left on them, most shippers will take them as is with a shipping...

After making the video, I'm pretty much finished with this car. I'm keeping the front wishbone and MAYBE the hood (with dimples )

I have what I believe to be a Perfecto or early Ruckstell shift handle. I am looking for a later Ruckstell style shift handle.
