I sand them down progressing to finer and finer sandpaper then polish them on my buffing wheel. I think they come out better than painting them.

L shaped spring shackles for rebuilding.
4 front and 4 rear.
There is an extra 1/2 of a rear shackle that looks to have no wear.
$15 plus shipping.
The 1/2 of the good one should be worth that.

Buffalo wire wheels

This is a nice solid set of wire wheels with Coker white wall tires. 30 x 3-1/2 Tires have never been run. No bent, loose, or missing spokes. There is some pitting on the rims and some flaking paint. Overall a nice set of buffalo wire wheels.

when I had the head off my speedster I calculated it to be 5:1. Mine is a High head. I have the calculation notes around here somewhere.
