Fronty Boy, I found the website for Cass Casmir. Sorry, he has/had a DO Gemsa not the Gallivan. Not sure if this will be of any help to you. Erik, There was a gentleman named Ellis Gray whom I read about in a Vintage Ford speedster issue back the '70s. I think he may be the guy who worked at Lockheed and he built some crazy T stuff for Long Beach like an SOHC Rajo. Here is the link to an article on the Northwest Vintage Speedster website...

It looks like the head is mounted backwards! The red arrow is pointing to what looks like the water outlet flange.

Can someone explain or link a video showing the swedging process on wheel lug nuts? I searched google and mainly found info pertaining to wire cables.

I ordered a set of wire wheels of wire wheels lugs and the swedge tool from Lang's but I do not know how to use it.

William, can you give us some details on the car? The three exhaust pipes on the right and plug wires on the left suggest a Frontenac head.

I won an Ebay auction for a Rajo BB head and parts in October 2009. It turned out that Humble Howard Genrich was the seller! Here is a photo of Humble and Fast Frank along with my treasure. I personally would not attempt this in a stock T. The drive up and over Sonora pass is one of my favorite routes but has many long, steep grades both up and down. I would be a nervous wreck driving a T with stock brakes and stock oiling system. Be prepared to stand on the low pedal for a looong time...

Your Paco is spectacular. I love the lowered stance, it really makes the car look sporty. To my taste, a T speedster or racer needs to get closer to the ground to make it look like.....a speedster. The color is also great.

Is that a Model C Roof head?
