The top material for enclosed cars can be purchased thru one of the many Model T supply houses like Lang's , Snyder's, etc. It is a vinyl material that some call Cobra grain, or Colonial grain. If you are replacing an enclosed car top the interior fabric must be replaced before the exterior material...

If you go to the "Classified Parts" section of the forum and scroll down a little way you will see an ad by Mark Chaffin for door handles and he has posted excellent pictures of the many door handles he has for sale. He shows many different styles.

Don, I didn't have a notch in my door at the top but one on the side that it had to align with a bumper to help hold the door in place when closed. I guess it helped with sagging. I finally took time to get the '27 Touring out yesterday and I took a nice long ride. Enjoyed it very much as I hadn't had too much time this year to ride. The weather looks good for tomorrow too! Planning on it but who knows what will come up. It will be more fun then just staring at the wall.

The original floor pans reinforcement bead rolls were "X" shaped and not straight like mine are rolled. The speed shop where I took the metal to be rolled started to roll the floor pan before I arrived and already had two runs done. I wanted them to provide me with new metal and make the proper "X"...

White vinegar is a mild acid and I use it as a cleaner on many items but I never tried it on gasoline varnish.. I wonder if you let it soak in white vinegar for a while if it would loosen the varnish for you.
