Two Lever '09 on ebay?

There is a 1909 2 lever, #9110, right hand drive, in Albreta Canada, on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1909-Ford-Model-T-Roadster-Runabout/153633880733. Is it real? The person that listed it doesn't seem to be a T person. I'm not an '09 expert but I'm sure there's one on board. Don't see it mentione...

Oils

All of a sudden you can't buy oils like Pennzoil 10W-30 It seems that oils were no longer adequate for engines with turbochargers, etc. so they have changed the spec and the only oils available are synthetic and rated for your turbocharger. None of my antiques have a turbocharger. But soon I guess I...

Art's company, Vintage Steam Products, now belongs to a couple in Dallas. I don't see the tubing on their website.

Re: Sand Blasting a Model T

I don't think warping is caused by the heat, rather by the peening action of the grains of blasting media. I have bead blasted too many chassis parts to count but I will not media blast sheet metal! Paint stripper, but that has its own problems healthwise.

Original Upholstery ?

I have looked at many things on my 1921 coupe that make me think that it was a solid original car with not a lot of use when it was "restored" in the mid 1980's. It was carefully stored in 1987, and saw light of day next in November of 2018. One thing I wonder about is the upholstery on the seats an...

Where was it built?

I've seen all kinds of records For Model Ts but I've never seen any way of determining which plant a specific serial number car came from. Is there any way to track this? I'm talking later cars not early brass ones.

1921 Coupe Rims

I need to replace the tires on my 1921 Coupe as they are a bit hard and at least 32 years old. My intention with this car is that it be a reasonable runner not a show car but if I'm fixing something to upgrade it along the way. The demountable rims were painted silver when the car was restored in th...

Re: Whats the Name of your T?

“The T” worked fine on the ‘13 until a ‘21 coupe entered the picture. So “the T” ‘s friend was named after a long loved golden retriever, named after a car, in the garage when the golden came home, Lizzie. Disney be d#$@d. Cars are not conciously named, they just come along.

Replacing the starter. Was a bit taken back by round head screws used to mount the starter. Why? Bolts make more sense to me. This one is not a show car. Yea or nea?
