Thanks for all the usefully tips.
The Roof 8 head is a 2 port intake ( only 1 updraft carb) The pump is a new Texas T pump.
No collapse of the pump intake tube.
Same issue before I installed the pump. Even worse.
How can I best test the radiator. It is an older V-shape honeycomb one.

Drive rivets Ruckstell rear name plate
Trying to install the name plate on my Ruckstell Rear.
Name plate came with solid brass drive rivets.
Holes in the housing seem to small for the rivets.
Any suggestions. Special tool needed ??

Thanks for all the tips.
Float was stuck to the needle shaft.
Freed it up, cleaned and re-assembled.
No more leaks and speedster running again.
This forum is the absolute max!!

Stromberg OE-1 overflowing
Wanted to start my T speedster this morning (been sitting since last year).
Carb (Stromberg OE—1) is overflowing out of the float cap and intake.
Any suggestions on how to fix.
