I am making some adjustment in the seat back padding and seat cushions first to get it all in to fit properly at that time i will try it again i could get in i just find the wheel too close but i have not come to decision yet i will let folks know what i do and how if anything.

Keith thank you i thought about the electric shut off valve it would be the best solution i assume the ones from snyders are good ones i have heard people say they get really hot which is why i was reluctant about them.

Does anyone know what size (width) the window channel is on a fordor I think it is 5/8" like a model A but not sure. Langs has not had any for a while also any place to get it in long length so i can eliminate waste and and where to maybe get it. Thanks for any help you can give.

I suggest a 1/2" open end wrench in your tool box and forget about a switch. We dont have battery cut off switches on modern cars but they do have fuses, thats what I would recommend to anyone wanting to improve electrical safety to thier model T, add a fuse, ditch the cut off switch. A lot of T owners who either don't want to fool with getting a mag set right, or want more speed from a lighter flywheel, eliminate the magnets, but use the scoops that are available from vendors to splash the oil around. Engine building considerations
My 1927 engine will not use the magneto but bosch front plate distributor any reason not to remove the magnets and lighten the flywheel the crank has dunn counterbalances.
On the clutch which is better the watts clutch or the gm turbo discs. The transmission will have a floating trans shaft.
