Re: What distributor do I have?
Thanks for the info. I see tune up parts for Bosch are made. Not sure if it is model. I would prefer coils, but the mag. Is dead.
As a short term fix are these decent with new tune up parts?
Should there be a manual advance?
Thanks

Helping someone identify the year on a center door. The engine is a ‘22, but it has a metal firewall. It is my understanding the metal firewall didn’t come along until mid ‘23. Re: Help Removing wheel bearing race.
Ground around on an old chisel. This allowed me to get over that little “hump” and get solid contact behind the outer bearing. Inner bearing was not an issue. Thanks

Re: Help Removing wheel bearing race.
Thanks for the ideas!. I like it. A bigger hammer and/ or more voltage. Tim the tool man Taylor would be proud. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks!

Help Removing wheel bearing race.
I am changing wheels on one of my cars. I’m going to change the front wheel bearings. One of the outer races is worn thin and there is not enough “ledge” to get behind to knock it out. I am looking for ideas before I try my “untested” idea. Thanks!

Re: Mag voltage while cranking
Just checked. Looks like just over 2 volts with hand crank. May not be a good mag, but likely is a functioning mag. Thanks

Mag voltage while cranking
What voltage should you get with an analog A/C voltmeter at the mag pickup point when cranking? I’m looking at a non running car that has sat for years and wondering if mag is functional. There maybe other simple test, and open for ideas. Thanks
