Re: J-B Weld 8276

Hey Thank you very much for the many answers and tips first. I only came across the JB Weld adhesive because an experienced professional welder who also repairs model T's advised me to do so. Then I thought if he said that it would be for the best. But I always think welding is better than sticking....

Re: J-B Weld 8276

Thank you first for the great answer. So I have the right oil, thanks. And about the glue, I see prefer to do it completely with the glue like puzzling all parts together. Is there a material where the glue doesn't stick? then I could turn a shaft out of it and insert it into the hole and when the g...

J-B Weld 8276

Hi What do you think of this glue? In my case, a piece of the gearbox cover broke off. where the wave goes in from the pedal. Re: Two Problems

Hi many thanks for the numerous answers. I already love this forum hehe. I'll do it like this, pull out the engine and remove the magneto completely. I will then look at everything and send pictures here again. You have been doing this with the Model T's for many years. Because if I pull the engine ...

Re: Two Problems

But I already have a distributor / battery conversion then do i even need the magneto? And I've been working on us cars for many yea...

Re: transmission bands

YES
The mother and the disc fell on top of the gear cover, slipped out of my hands
I could not get her with a magnet,
think nothing is broken because it is easily blocked, starter is very slow.

Hope you get out if I make the gear cover housing down
I really wanted to leave the engine inside

Yes, the screws were very loose, could easily follow them with a normal key. Since my torque wrench makes a little less, I may have 55 ft Lbs but no screw had yielded everything well so far Do I really understand how to lift the front axle while changing the oil, but does it bends when I jack it up ...
