My stock 26 TT flatbed with closed cab measures exactly 84" to the highest point,
at the back of the cab.

I like your dump truck!

I see that you got your TT in the garage. I need to know how tall a TT is. Would you mind measuring the minimum clearance needed to get through the door?

Thanks!

Matt

Very nice! Does it have aux trans? If so was the frame lengthened?
It does not have an aux trans. It does have a two speed rear-end.

1926 Model TT

I have picked up my Rapid Hand Hoist from the sandblaster. The frame and dump bed cleaned up really nice. I have a little metal work to do before I paint the bed black.

Great looking truck. Can't wait to see it with the bed. I've got a project just like that I'm trying to get busy on. I hope it looks half as good as your truck when it is done. - Matt Thanks Guys, I will post a few pictures when I get the dump bed back from the blasters. It should be done this Frid...

I thought I would share a few pictures of my new TT. Just finished mounting all new tires and tubes. I'm currently waiting for the dump bed to get back from the sandblasters.

Rear Puller Needed

Hello, I am looking for a used rear wheel puller to remove the rear wheels from my 1926 TT. Does anyone have one for sale. I have seen all of the new ones, kind of looking for a used one.

Thank You

Re: Need TT bed info

George, mine is a factory closed cab truck. It has the same bracket at the back of the body as yours, but only uses the rear hole for the body and whatever bracket for the bed there was. This tells me that the C cab must have been slightly shorter since it used the front hole. The pics below show m...

First start! “Freshened” engine. Watch out summer. Runs like a scalded cat on battery and the mag with a new coil and recharged magnets. Now for all the small adjustments.

Re: Need TT bed info

Oh, .... and please enlarge the pictures to notice the heavy gauge sheetmetal ‘channel’ that wraps on each side and bottom of the bed subframe where it contacts the frame crossmember ‘ears’. It is encompassed by the U bolts. Later frame ears like mine have 2 holes in the crossmember ears for the U ...

Hi Ralph, I also have a TT mine is a 1926 and the stake body bed on mine only says FORD across the rear frame member. I don't believe it's the original bed for my truck.

Re: Model TT Bed

-Joe- 'What' did you get with your acquisition? If you have the bed's steel outer frame, it might be a good start. Photos would help. The steel stakes and hardware are harder to find. I kept the original bed pieces and side boards as patterns. Many helpful contacts are available. Hello Mark, my TT ...

Model TT Bed

Hello, I am new to the Model TT Trucks. I just picked up a 1926 TT with what appears to be a factory stake bed. Currently it has no wood on the bed or sides. My question is does anyone make a steel pick-up style bed for a TT?

Re: 1926 TT Seat Frames

I don't have a picture, but the rear seat cushion fastens to the rear panel of the cab through 2 slots in the stiffening rail just above the rear seat. The rear seat spring has small "j" shaped protrusions above the spring frame which goes through the slots and locks the back cushion in place. Good...

Re: 1926 TT radiator

I had my 19 Roadster radiator recored for 600.00. A new radiator from Bergs is around 900.00. You can save around 300.00 by getting a recore. I am in Texas and the shops in my area were all in the 600.00 range. The core itself was in the 400.00 range. Go a shop that deals in industrial, farm and bi...
