Now that the auction is over I was curious where some of Rich's paintings ended up. Anyone else in here win anything in the sale or have one of his paintings? Tennessee DMV problems with 1909 T
As a lot of you may know by now we moved to Tennessee from Indiana so I have been transferring the titles of my cars which should be no big deal. I have had the 1909 Touring registered in Indiana in my name for years and have driven it on tour and to local car shows and just for fun many times. I tr...

Re: Bye!!!!!
Hank, as you know we had been looking for a house in Tennessee and almost made it to your house on one of our property searches. Now we have a place just north of you in Smithville just 15 miles from McMinnville so don't be surprised if you get a call from me after we get settled and we'll stop by. ...

Did all of the 09 Pontiac bodies have that wood under the skin? I have never looked for it on mine but will check on it.

Original 13 touring under the front seat. I can try to get you a shot of an original 12 touring but I am not close by where I have it stored.

You might contact the Elwood Haynes museum in Kokomo Indiana. They might have pictures or info or know someone who does.

I know a Rolland Smith but he lived in California and has passed away a while back. Please send me the info you have for the one in Texas like email address or phone number and I will try to confirm if they're the same. Rolland Smith was a great guy and a good friend.

Take a closer look, that windshield folds in, not out. That's why I was thinking 14. After looking again it does look like 13 doors so I change my vote.

I will have a T in Winamac Indiana on the 15 for the antique power show and have been known to give free rides around the park and beyond. If he could come to Winamac I would be happy to take him but I don't know if I will have the 09 or the 27 there. Let me know and I will plan on it.

Re: Cursed Model T
One more easy thing to check that can cause this problem is the bolt below the timer that goes through the front of the oil pan into the bottom of the engine block could be pointed up instead of down and will hit the terminals on the lower side of the timer every time you advance your timing and sho...

No BS door to door service and very professional. I have dealt with Bill 3 times and every time he has shown me that he cares. Always keeps me informed and on time. One time he wasn't going to be in the area and I needed an engine shipped so he set me up with someone who he trusted and everything wo...

Has anyone ever used the subframe from a touring of the same year to repair or replace the bad parts of a roadster? I have the touring subframe but don't have a roadster to compare it to.

Gainesboro is pretty close, I have been through there but it's a little hilly for me. Which direction from Gainesboro are you Rick? North? South? I will look into the local chapters in the area soon. Hoping to find someone close enough to meet up with and do some cruising once we get our T down that...

I just bought it all and will be sorting it out later. After I pick which 1909 chassis and which 2 pedal I want to keep the rest will be for sale. He is going to hold it for me so I can get shipping set up for April 31.

I see a link posted to my old pictures (thanks Mark) but they can't be zoomed in on so I will repost the side curtain shots here in full size. This is a 1913 that was last registered in 1928 and has its original side curtains. I put the top up for the first time in who knows how long so it took a fe...

SANY1198.JPG Tim and Scott, What is your body's builder stamped in the wood on the front seat riser? It's hard to see in the picture but mine has the big W stamped in front of the numbers. Rich. Maybe the cut outs are later 13. Mine is an unrestored January 1913 touring. The side curtains were just folded up under the rear seat when I got it.
