Thais was not built as a fork lift. I was built to be a tractor to pull farm equipment plows, harrows. disc. They were made to drive in reverse because it had more pulling power. I have seen several of these all built to drive backwards. The coolist one was a 1928 Buick. Hope this in formation helps...

I have what I have always thought to be a 27 roadster body. I have been looking for a trunk or deck lid for it . All the one I find are to long. Mine measures 34 1/2 x 25 All the ones I have found are 34 1/2 x 34 1/2 . Any ideas ?? Was it a rumble seat ?

Thanks again everyone. I put the cat up on stands and running it about an hour at a time I have a box fan keeping it cool, So far so good. I also run it in and out of low range. No noise . I plan to do this for about 10 hours and take it out on the road ?

My 23 center door while i am driving starts this loud high pitch squeal and locks up car stops. Thanks everyone for the info and humor. The temp when purchased was 60 now about 35. I will change the oil to know what I have 5w30 or 10w30 I will do a little more research on that. If that doesn't help I will look into the adjustments.

Just purchased a 16 Roadster when it is cold I can't seem to find neutral. it wants go forward while trying to start. So my assumption is the low band is to tight? Any thoughts

Thanks again I went out last night and figured out what I was doing wrong. It fits on top of the frame. Very tight fit between the body and the frame.

I think I got it.

Something going wrong here but I am not sure what it is. Do you Mrs Jones ?

I pulled the head and pan cover, Crank is threaded. Engine is bored 120 over measured 3.865. Pictures of crank below.

Hi Bought a 22 with new engine never has been fired. I have #1 just pass TDC piston is about 1/8 down on combustion stroke. Roller pointing at # 4 not # 1 I know on a distributor type engine if a little off move the plug wires. What could be causing this? Any information will be helpful Thanks Mike

Just got this project with no gas tank. I am sure it goes under the back seat? Not sure about the shape?

Starr overdrive or two speed ???

I have a overdrive or two speed model T rear end. It is built by the Starr transmission co. I consider it an overdrive Some call it at two speed. Any information about would be Great.
