I'm using the (Reproduction) original style Terminal Block. It is very robust. I believe it is cast from an original. It means turning the cap two full revolutions. Of course there needs to be enough grease in the cup to allow the two rotations of the cap to displace that amount of grease.

Let the Bronze show. That way it’s easy to see at a glance if the bushings have adaquet oil. Just my opinion.

If the pinion is setting too far in, you can use the paper gaskets to bring the pinion out some. That 's what the gaskets are really for.
