Re: Wanted: Original Brass Oil Cap For 1913 Ford Touring

Also, I have this steel one currently on the car.
1915 vintage?
I would trade or sell this towards one that is correct for ‘13.
What is it worth?

Thanks to everyone for all of the information.

Am I correct that none of the repros have the 'made In USA" stamped in them?

I’ve been watching this thread from a distance, because my 1913 Touring has one demountable rim on the passenger side rear.
It seems that ND rims are not plentiful.
Do many who tour regularly and are not interested in show judging convert to all demountable rims?

Re: I'm Astonished

I saw a cardboard sign inside a T that was part of a small local gathering that read:

1915 Model T Ford
Loved By/Hated By
(Owner's name)

I thought that about summed it up.

Re: For Sale: Top Bow With Irons - $75 Plus Shipping

Looks like the third bow from the front?
Not sure what year.
Any more experienced help in identifying this extra bow that was in with my 1913 touring set?

Wanted: Non-Demountable rim and Hub 30 X 3.5

I am looking for a very good 30 X 3.5 non-demountable rim (no pitting, warping, or sharp edges) and a center hub that I can use to have a new rear wheel built for a 1913 Touring.
I would also consider an entire rear wheel.

Thank you,

Wanted: Metal trim screws Correct For 1913

I am missing three screws that secure the metal garnish molding trim pieces to the top of the doors as pictured on my 1913 Touring.
I’d like to find original screws if possible.
If not, do the venders sell correct size repros?
