The print magazine is the foundation and sole reason many are even a member of the MTFCA or MTFCI. The magazine is really the ambassador and face of the club. At least 1/2 the size in terms of vendors from last year. Not that it matters anymore, but many folks said that it was the end of Thursday evening sales and end of overnight camping on the fairgrounds that kept a lot of folks (Vendors) home. Re: MODEL T HAVEN

I want to go, but will really depend on how the auction is set up.

Rocky Mountain Brake pedal Problems

I have a 1924 Roadster with 1924 Engine, 26/27 Transmission, cover and large drum rear end. The previous owner had installed an aftermarket 26/27 Pedal with Rocky Mountain Brake extension as part of the pedal. Lang’s sells this pedal as PN RMB-PED4. Car has been sitting for 25+ years so pedal is pro...

Re: CLR, thermocure or evaporust?

D, Did you use the regular Evaporust or the Evaporust Radiator cleaner that they also make. My brother bought some of their radiator cleaner and said you could leaver it in the system for an extended period of time without any issues. After a few months he drained his and was super happy with the r...

Re: CLR, thermocure or evaporust?

I tried a number of recipes before I finally used Evaporust. My T had water left in it for 25+ years. Multiple water and Shelf Radiator cleaner flushes did nothing. CLR did nothing except waste my money. Vinegar did close to nothing but created a horrible smell and left an incredible stain on everyt...

Re: What is your favorite part of a Model T Ford?

Interesting question, I like the home made floor boards. Nothing special, just some plywood, but they have a nice Patina to them now

Re: How does the turtledeck attach to my '21?

What a timely thread. I essentially have the same issue. Are the metal Sill & Wood commercially available. My 24 has homemade sills and 2x4 frame. Fender irons are bolted on with lag bolts and Turtle Deck flooring is non existent. I would like to get it back to original if the parts are available.

Re: New Lang's Catalog

Lang’s is a great catalog. I’m glad they still have one in print. I’m not a fan of on-line catalogs.

I also like Lang’s web site, makes it very easy to order.

Would love to see a shirt with thier logo that we could buy.

Why would you deal with them in the first place? The people who answer the phone there know nothing about your car.

What an amazing adventure. I’ve read this thread twice so far. I’ve driven in that that part of the country before. Challenging with a modern car, But with a speedster, Absolutely Amazing!!!

Re: Rajo rocker cover sealing

Thanks for the comments about sealing my RAJO head. Thought you might like to see the unusual oil delivery mechanism and the seal I created from a rubber extrusion. I would be interested in the material that you used. What was it originally. I’ve looked at similar at hardware store but it’s too lar...
