Wanted: broken 26-27 gooseneck spare tire carrier
I am looking for the side that attaches to the springs. I only need about 8-12" of the gooseneck. I am building a speedster and have built a custom body. I hate to cut a perfectly good gooseneck. I will be fabricating the rest. I don't know if somebody has one in the broken/junk pile. Thanks for loo...

'27 floorboard question
I am working on my '27 Tudor. On the floorboard support angling up at the front, my car has a brass colored rivet on the metal support on each side. Any Idea what this would have been used for?

26-27 rear fender
It is time to do some repair on the ford. I need to remove the rear fenders. My question is about the bolts from the bracket into the body. Do these have a nut on the inside? I removed the rear seat bottom but can't see where the bolts come thru. I am hoping that these just thread into the body. I r...

Re: Magneto problem
I suspect the engine got above 176 degrees. I think attempting a magnet recharge sound better than pulling the engine however it may get to that at some point.

Magneto problem
After a recent tour I now have very little power from the magneto. The car overheated after the fan belt came off. The car ran great on battery and magneto prior to this. Now several days later it runs great on battery but dies on mag. I have checked the wiring, coil box etc. Tried a magneto test wi...
