Stripped and blasted. Looks as if it just came out of the foundry.
This is not a "T" carb body as the bolt holes will have to be re-drilled if used on a T

Difference between Stromberg OF carburetor fuel inlets
Just curious what the advantages/disadvantages to the two types of OF carbs, one with fuel inlet at the top and one with it at the bottom? I know the top fill was the older style.

What was the Model TT rear diff advantage?
What was the reason for the worm gear drive in the TT?
Weren’t the actual axle shafts the weak part?
Is there an advantage to putting a TT rear on a speedster?
Curious if it was a locking diff for bad roads/farm fields or slipped like the standard t diff?

It’s just the angle/distortion of the photos. The spokes seem pretty in-line with everything.

Can someone tell me about these wheels?
These came with the T I purchased. I’ve recently acquired a different set and will likely need to part with these for the sake of space but I don’t know enough about them yet. Any info? Are they non-ford modified to fit? https://i.ibb.co/WynRgGS/CF473-E73-A483-4-B20-BC25-E6-C0-AE501-F9-F.jpg https:/...

Re: How do I tell if my engine has been rebuilt?
So far it seems to have had the deck skimmed, bores honed and new valves. I’ll know more as I take it apart and update the post.
I always need to take things like this apart before I do anything with them. I was told engine ran very well 2 years ago.
No real info on who did the work.

How do I tell if my engine has been rebuilt?
I purchased my T not long ago and the gentleman stated that the motor was recently rebuilt. I’ve taken the head off and the cylinders walls look recently honed. Pistons are std T. Do I basically need to strip it down to the block and measure everything to know for sure? How can I tell if new Babbitt...

Re: Any rear floating hubs being made that don't require shortening the axle housing?
I had assumed this was a common task but i'm getting the feel that not a lot of owners on here have them installed.
What are the odds of a newly manufactured axle breaking, especially in a speedster?
Are all the new axles the same? is there one source spread amongst the vendors?

Any rear floating hubs being made that don't require shortening the axle housing?
Looking for a set of safety hubs for my project. I only know of a set that requires cutting the axle housing to shorten it. Is there a hub that i'd be able to just install?

I’ll take some pics and post.
The corners of the leaves in question are not clipped. The leaf is just cut straight across

Did Some T's have rough cut spring leaves?
Looking at my Canadian '21 T (unsure of part originality but looks right), I notice that some of the spring leaves on the front and rear spring look pretty roughly cut. They all look original as wear and corrosion is pretty much the same. Just wondering if others have noticed this on theirs?

Disc wheels: how can I mount old Chevy disc wheels on a T?
Seeing as disteel wheels are hard to come by and $$$, I want to go the Chevy route.
First off, what’s the earliest year Chevrolet had disc wheels?
Second, what do I need/need to modify for them to fit
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
