I run the Vaporizer on our Fordor. Cold starts are never an issue, but it usually requires a bit of choke when warmed up. I plan to check for an air leak, as soon as our snow is gone.

If we will be based in Munising, Grand Marais and back would be a nice day trip. There's a 1950's diner, beautiful harbor, one gas station, and plenty to see along the way. Hurricane River, the Log Slide, Grand Sable Dunes, Pickle Barrel House.

You have my interest. The small town of Grand Marais, some 40 miles east of Munising, is a real treat. The road through Pictured Rocks National Park is nicely paved now, and connects Grand Marais and Munising.

I have done this to both of my T's. I used the oxy/acetylene torch and heated it just shy of red. I first bent the upper part of the rod inward, then bent the lower part outward. I bent them in the car, bending both the lever and the release rod at the same time.

I too, was on the Jamboree in Harris. Our Fordor lived at Grand Marais for 20 years, and participated in a few 4th of July parades in it's then un-restored state. We took it there again for the 2018 parade, and were delighted to meet Eric McLeod in the crowd!! The town is so small, the parade circle...

Thanks for the replies. I snapped a closer view of the RR. What follows the RR, is the manufacturer's stamp. It reads "COES WRENCH CO. WORCESTER MASS USA"

Stan, the parking lot at Fairlane Town Center is where the trailer parking and RV camping is. Lots of old car people are here.

I finally adjusted the generator third brush. :P Now I can drive at night without worry. The Fun Projects Regulator is a great product! We are fortunate to have things like this available to our hobby.

I mounted my Bob Scherzer radiator ornament. And followed that up with a starter button extension. I still need to install the modern rear axle seals before the Michigan Jamboree. I have a month, so I am pacing myself.

I was inspired by Steve Jelf, and made a fuel shut off extension for the Fordor. I'll paint it black someday, so it blends in. No more crawling under the car, which was a hassle when it's inside the trailer.

I believe the manifold clamp bolts are nickel plated on the Improved Ford as well.
