Are you permitted to drive your own T in Greenfield Village? Is that only during the once a year festival parade? Where do I find the details?

Firewall hole
Wondering about this rather large oval hole in my ‘25 Coupe firewall passenger side. Is it for a speedometer cable? Maybe it lets heat in? It’s not for carb adjusting rod, that fits elsewhere.

Alignment wasn’t good when I got it. Thought body to frame shims were supposed to fix it. I cleaned up frame rust, painted it after replacing a couple cracked body to frame brackets.

I recently put the body of my 1925 Coupe back on the frame. Passenger door aligned but driver door didn’t … low by 1/8 inch in the latch and gap at top rear of door. What is the process for aligning/shimming. I’ve loosened the three driver’s side mounting bolts, I’ve placed body to frame shims in va...

Will “tight” pistons and/or wrist pins break in with time and patience? Is there a process I should follow? Or are these reasons to pull an engine and work on internally immediately?

Reassembled a non-running 1925 engine. Rebuilt coil box, new wiring harness, rebuilt carburetor… Starts right up, idles great…runs in low gear and high on level. It is a different one as the teeth on the original were/are not optimal. I bought a used ring gear and it really seemed to be in good order. Now I’m thinking it must have been distorted even though the teeth were good.

Differential Ring Gear Install
I tried pressing the ring gear on and it seemed to be taking too much force… well, it broke. This is after leaving the diff half it bolts to in the freezer for a couple days and after oiling the interface. Is it suppose to be this tight?

I’m replacing the rods on the ‘25 I bought because someone ran it with nuts loose and not only wore off threads but wore away half the metal. The rods I purchased online have good threads but of course they are easy to observe the seam opening.

Thank you! I guess I’ve been duped! They should not be allowed to advertise “voltage regulator” if it is a cutout. I will buy the ebay version and also set my third brush. Thanks again!

I’ve heard that a Voltage Regulator (cutout look alike) is smarter than the original generator cutouts. How is the generator third brush adjusted when a VR is used…or does it even matter?
