Re: TT worm drive ratio
I will double check as I have 2 in the garage, but I think if the bearing will come out of input side you can count teeth as well. Assumption is rear doesn’t have torque tube on it. Just a thought. No outside markings that are a sure thing from my experience. Like a box of chocolates.....

I have several spare lower TT brackets if you need one. You are on your own with the wood bock. Someone does sell the correct one I think. Either way you can cut it yourself as well.

Re: TT Enclosed Cab Machine Screw Question
George, I have a steel cab tt and can take it apart to describe/dimension the machine screws, but I am not clear on what latch you have if yours is in a wood cab. I cannot unequivocally answer your question, but maybe someone will chime in if you can clarify the latch with a picture. Hope this will ...

Re: TT rear brake pad rivets
I used the supplied rivets with the new lining sold by suppliers and they worked fine. I assume the transmission band rivets are too small. Try big flats rivet if you have not already.

Try this link. I don’t know of anyone that sells the kit. I am not a wood guy but did a little soaking of some .75x1” strips if I recall. The pictures give you an idea of what it should be. Hope that helps. Tim

Re: Livingood conversion
I will try to pass some on. There are 2 versions, both chain drive. One transfer case version is just a gear that is slid on to a slimed shaft to engage or slid out and the gear free wheels on the shaft disengaged. The second version discussed has a differential the transfer case shaft goes through....

Re: Radiator repair in Florida
You have no idea on the garage until you see or meet Ed. He repaired my old tt radiator and fixed all leaks. I will admit I eventually replaced it with a new one as it just didn’t transfer heat well anymore. I did not ask Ed to core it but maybe I should have. Be patient as will will have to show up...

Re: How do you attach the Strap to the Window on a TT Truck ???
I took my channel and made cuts at the corner in the appropriate spacing. I bent them out creating two tabs. I then took my piece of rod and mocked it up. I used rivets to final clamp my loop at correct length. I recall crimping the tabs down on rod but I might have braced one end. hope this helps. ...

try this. you will have to get a little creative and fabricate the tab on the channel.
