If you're using Windows, look for PAINT. Load up your pic and in the upper left is a resize button, select 90pix, then save it.

Hope this helps, others have suggestions in another post topic.

Easy, used Paint in Win10. Took down to 90x60 pix using resize in upper left.
Turns out to be about 5k size,
