1914 Horn Bulb

I am working on a 1914 roadster which has the original horn and tubing, both in great shape. The horn bulb however, is long gone and only the brass base of the bulb is left. I see that the vendors offer a 4 inch and a 3 inch diameter bulb. Which one is correct for this application for the 1914?

I have a question about the correct position of the bracket that holds the round tank to the frame on the Passenger side for US autos. Is the bolt in that bracket towards the front of the car or towards the back?

It leaks when it is running and not running. I do not have a fuel shut off at the carb. It is difficult to tell where it is leaking.....looks like the bottom of the bowl but shows fuel on top that may be wicked from the top of the bowl.
