It would be .47 Mfd at 400 volts. Some caps have different tolerances and temp coefficients along with lead configurations and material composition that can effect the price. This is what I use. Dual filament. Socket orientation does not effect operation like new and old incandescent bulbs some of which which have 180 degrees rotation on two base pins. Filaments should be horizontal when locked in headlight socket.

Pictures were oriented properly when posted. But turned sideways when the system loaded the pictures. How do You rotate picture after it has been posted.

Sorry Robert. But a fuse, or worse yet fuse block on your model t trumps the water pump / MMO conversation by a country mile.
