Charge it off the magneto with a diode and a tail light bulb. or buy the magneto charger kit from one of the vendors. Can also use it for coil power when cranking for more spark till you switch over to mag.

This is what I use. Dual filament. Socket orientation does not effect operation like new and old incandescent bulbs some of which which have 180 degrees rotation on two base pins. Filaments should be horizontal when locked in headlight socket.

When you find out. Please let every body know. You can go into edit mode and delete the file for that picture and reload it being careful not to click on add file. file will load by itself usually and if you click on add file it puts the photo up additional times. But only one file shows up for that...

Pictures were oriented properly when posted. But turned sideways when the system loaded the pictures. How do You rotate picture after it has been posted.

Sorry Robert. But a fuse, or worse yet fuse block on your model t trumps the water pump / MMO conversation by a country mile.
