I would like to find a good used or reproduction early water inlet connection that was used from 1909 to 1912 supposedly. This is the style with the heavier boss around the bolt holes. Please shoot me an email with photos. Thanks

Water Inlet Connection
Would someone happen to have an early water inlet connection original or reproduction? This is the one with a heavier boss for the bolt holes used 1909 to 1912 supposedly. I was given the name Eric Vandenbeemt as one who reproduces them, but I am unable to locate a contact for him.

WTB - Brake Rods 1920-1925
I am looking to purchase as quickly as possible a pair of good used brake rods for my 1924 Touring. Must have good threads that will chase well and no wallowed-out holes in the end where it attaches to the brake cam lever. Thank You

Thanks guys for all the helpful input. I guess I'll be looking for a good usable pair of original rods 1920 to 1925.

Brake Rods
I am in the process of hooking up and adjusting the emergency or parking brakes and realized I have differences in the ends of the rods where they attach to the brake cam lever. I am attaching a photo showing the differences. My car is a 1924 Touring and the rods that were on the car are the two on...

Re: Our Yellowstone/Jackson trip
I was totally blown away when I saw Rich and his Model T in Yellowstone two days ago. We pulled over and I had a nice chat with him. His Tudor ran well, so well in fact that I kept passing him when we pulled over for a quick stop along the way. Thanks Rick, it was great meeting you and your wife. A...

Re: Front Seat Back to Riser Assembly 1917-22
Marty, that is a nice looking Touring you have there and I also like the name of your beautiful state, "Commiefornia". I used to live there back in the 70's when it was still fairly sane, I could not imagine what it is like now. Anyway, what I am needing to know is how that front seat back attaches...

Front Seat Back to Riser Assembly 1917-22
I am trying to figure how the front seat back attaches to the front seat riser on a 1917 thru 1922 Touring. There are nine holes that go thru bottom of the kick panel then through the bottom of the seat back. They then would hold the bottom tack strip. Could someone post a photo (or email me with o...

Re: Body Joining Screws 1921 Touring
Rick D Here are the original 1921 screws/nuts that were removed from this car that I believe to be correct based upon the number I have, size etc. No other quantity of screws/nuts from the original stash fit the pictures sent. Size of these are: 1/4 x 20 x 3/4 and there are 18 of them. I'd like to k...

It's hard to see but it appears like they are slotted head machine screws with square nuts, correct?

Re: Body Joining Screws 1921 Touring
Thanks Richard, are both sides with the screw head toward the side of the body and are the nuts all square? Just curious as to the method of assembly, perhaps it was somewhat consistent.

Body Joining Screws 1921 Touring
In the process of assembling the body sheet metal together on a 1921 Touring and have a question regarding the joining screws used to attach the rear center sheet metal to the side quarter panels. I would like to know what was used originally (i.e. slotted machine screws 1/4 by 3/4, square nuts). If...

I would like to add my name to the long list of persons wishing condolences to the Anderson Family. R V has also helped out me several times including building a set of coils and coil box for my 1909. He was a special person that will not be forgotten.

Re: Shipping a model T to Alaska
I had an experience shipping a Model T from Texas to Spain a few years ago. You must go through a shipping company and it was like pulling teeth from an elephant to find one but finally settled on Schumacher Cargo. They specialize in shipping antique cars. This was about 7 years ago but it went ver...

Re: Front Wheel Dust Seals
That would explain a lot. I thought they looked different than the original type. Correct me if I am wrong, but the original type (pictured here) just used the felt for a seal. I was mistakenly thinking that the modern neopreme seal would be hidden by the metal original cover. Anyone use the origin...
