A generous MTFCA member found the carbide tank pictured and sold it to me after going through it.
I got the carbide tank attaching bolt kit from Lang’s but the square at the top of the neck of the bolts does not pass through the square holes in the base of the tank.
In other words the bolts do not seat properly.

While cleaning out the bottom of my Father barn I found two nos Ward Riverside tires. In one of the tires I found this Wards inner tube. The tires and tube must of been under the barn for at least 40 years. The tires are a bit stiff and the inner tube has several splits where it was folded. Happy Easter to everyone.

Apparently the mechanism hooks onto the coil points to prevent them from working.

This roadster has a metal bracket on each side of the seat cushion base corners. This bracket fastens the seat frame to the wooden part of the seat rear support. Hard to describe this but hope someone might know what I am talking about and might show me a photo of it

The time came to reattach the exhaust pipe to the manifold today. I found that the plumbing wrench that I bought for .50 at the local flea market worked fine. Tomorrow I will clean the yellow paint off and restore it, giving it the attention it deserves. :)

Pictured is a Schrader 888 tire valve in a round felloe wheel. As you can see from the photos, there is ample room for the rim nut. The difference between the 888 and the 777 is 1/4 .
