Lock Cylinder Pictures.
I accidentally let the lock turn so I had to pick it all over again. It took forever. The tolerances are too tight for shimming.

There are two new pins. And a hat. The big pin on the back stops the hat from turning one way, so you may only unlock by turning the key 90 degrees to the left, this pin won't let it turn...

While we’re talking measurements, is the outside to outside measurement on the front top irons (at front, just before the curve) the same as #2 and #3? Or does it go a little narrower or wider?

A shattered D.S. bearing inner race and/or bearing will exhibit the symptoms you are experiencing.

My plan now is to pull it completely apart and check it out, the axle bearings seemed a bit worn. When I install it I'm going to use my known good driveshaft off my original rear end

Another re-engineered part that falls short of OEM longevity.

The timer grounds the low voltage side of the coils so would not cause a jolt when you touch the body. Also grounding the engine to the chassis would not take the jolt away. Your problem is the high voltage side of the coils, that is the side which connects to the spark plugs is grounded to the chassis on one of the cylinders. You get the jolt...

That head does not look at all like a Green head. The Green head did not have a squish style combustion chamber, see We attempted to run one on a dyno 20 years ago. The contour of the chamber caused the valves to get wedged with only a 280 cam. You would have to relieve that area to run one.

My go to is sausages in sauerkraut. I use sausages like Adele’s or Evergood that cook easy. It’s important to have plenty of moisture so the sauerkraut works well. Our cooker tours usually have about an hour driving before lunch.

You shouldn’t try to cook raw meat and hard vegetables like potatoes should be precooked pretty well.

But the rear crossmember was trimmed and there are many holes in many places on the frame so without a diagram of frames marking what holes are what and where they are located it's a daunting task. Some holes are square, and some are round. Little was attached to the frame so I would not know what was attached where....

I have a few Bethlehem Five Point spark plugs with four ground electrodes surrounding the single center electrode. The porcelains come in two styles, fat and skinny . Both styles have 1/2 inch pipe threads. :)

Mark that’s a good tip, I can’t find the thread but I believe it was Dan McEachern that gave the tip of putting a scoop on the ring gear support Bell Housing (P159) to increase lubrication into the differential housing. I never us Loktite on bearings that fit as they should. In this application, the spindle is worn. The punch marks raise dimples to improve the fit, but this does not address the loose fit elsewhere on the journal. Some Loktite products are made to fill voids to make a better fit. You can make use of old bushings in many ways. For my 40th birthday a good model T friend presented me with a beautiful set of used, original transmission bushings, all carefully re machined on all surfaces. They were really pretty!

For the shackle bushings, you might consider getting the brass ones. They cost a bit more, but with the cost of new shackles, worn brass is cheaper to replace then the whole thing. ;)

An old brief case makes a good toolbox also. I carry one in my modern car and keep standard and metric tools in it and have called on it many times for more than auto repairs.

That seat looks to be a near duplicate of the seat on Henry's Quadricycle.

The availability of new sockets and plugs has been a bit hit and miss of late, so finding originals may be easier, and better. You will need them, two reflectors and springs, a pair of lenses and gaskets, two rims and I would suggest an internal ground wire. Finding a pair of used originals would be an easier and most likely more economical....
