Does anyone recognize these wheels? The man that has them thinks there Model T but I don’t see how that would work.

The windshield rubbers of my 1923 Model T are very bad and therefore I bought a windshield seal set from Bridhaven on my coast to coast tour this year.

I tried to install the side rubbers in the stanchions, but the new rubber seems to be too wide.
I tried it with Vaseline, I tried to pressure with pliers, I grinded of the edges… but it did not...

Climbed a long winding hill yesterday in the T, dropped into low gear when it got too steep and kept chugging right along. I had a good firm grip on the low drum before my pedal began to sink further down and I lost low gear. I pulled the brake lever back to the neutral position and the pedal shot back up and my grip on low gear was just fine....

Does anyone know any custom stamp manufacturers that offer a Center Door Sedan image? My grandparents used to have a really cool stamp that featured the same model of car that he previously owned and now I own and care for. Here is an example of the stamp they had:

I have a Wheeler Schebler, but it is the same as a Stromberg. If the float is set too high on the stromberg, how do you change it ? And how do you measure it so it is correct? I keep flooding and this is my next step

Got this today. It has plastic dials. I did have to add a trip meter gear and trip meter knob.

I got it at a great deal.

I'm trying to remove stuck bearings from Ford Model T starter and generator end housings. It wouldn't be a big deal, but I now have about 10 of these. I've tried heating them but no luck. There's only about 1/8-3/16 of clearance behind the bearing.

I’ve been able to start on battery and switch to magneto with no issues until today.
I’ve checked all the obvious (to me) places, connections and post. Also took apart the switch and found nothing.
I started this morning and mag was functioning, this afternoon nothing.
What am I missing.

I know the discussion has gone on as long as there have been Model T cars. Here are two new old stock unused Champion X cores I just bought (at a discounted price from what they were asking) that have the ribbed top and the old style small nut ( I believe) which should be 5-40 threads. Common or not to have that combination ? Lot's of discussion...

Since I became of that age and started taking blood thinners I bleed like a stuck pig. The little nicks seem to bleed forever, the other day I remembered Styptic pencils and tried it and man does it work great to stop the bleeding. I was so excited that I thought that I would share it.

Most of the time I have to put the top up and down by myself and I have noticed it puts a big strain on the fabric in a few key places and it is starting to rip. I believe the problem is how I am...

I thought the valve guides could be reamed with an oversize reamer WITHOUT removing the camshaft and lifters. But obviously I was wrong! Also, I expected the exhaust valve at the number four cylinder to be accessible WITHOUT removing the wooden firewall , or pulling the entire engine!!?? But it was not!

A LOT of cars were damaged here. But, one identifiable car stands out. A Centerdoor.

If you zoom in you can see the roof of the car and that there is a strip of material of a slightly different hue on the sides of the roof. You can also tell that the roof panel is solid.

I have an idea for building a run engine stand that would rotate around the front engine mount using a old engine frame. This would not be ideal for pan/transmission alignment, but more of top and bottom end engine work.

Here is another pic from 1926 in Borger, Tx. The oldest T that I can see is maybe a 23. Undoubtably there were earlier T’s around but maybe not so much on this particular day. Times were changing I guess. The date appears to be mid 26.
