Guys I'm looking at adding a 1930 Willys Knight 66B sedan to keep my T's company but cant get any response from the WOKR forum so was hoping somebody on here might have some experience with them. Its a 6 cylinder sleeve engine done 5,000 miles since new sleeves and pistons etc so is well run in.

Does the linkage go under or over the lower radiator hose? When I got mine it was routed under. Currently the rod connection at the timer is rubbing against the belt when fully advanced and has been for awhile before I bought it. I’m assuming that I need to bend the rod to lengthen it. I have the tool to check the timing.

My wife recently inherited a 1926 TT. I, as the make-believe mechanic, am finding this simple machine to be a bit more complex than I thought. The car starts and runs on the battery just fine. However, when switching to magneto it shuts off. I have not yet created the light bulb tester, so don't know about power from the mag. I do have video of it...

I need to replace the bushing at the front of the oil pan that the starting crank goes through. What is the best and easiest way to remove the old bushing? The bushing is probably frozen into the pan.

I have a friend who just received his new Hartford tubes with rubber valve stems. He needs to know if they will fit through the wood felloe of his wheels? I know the ones made in this country ten or more years ago would not. That's really a shame too, because when Firestone and Monkey Ward were making tubes, they would fit.

For many decades , Larry and Bonnie Becker supplied model T enthusiasts with alternators for the model Ts and other old auto electrical parts. Today was the first time putting the top up on the 26 Touring.
I was able to get the top up but it doesn’t look right to me.
The side brackets are hanging down below the bottom edge of the fabric. Plus the edges of the fabric seem to be loose?

Does anyone use Seafoam in their T or TT? We use it in our 1925 Touring and 1923 TT Firetruck. What do you all think of Seafoam for a T? We use it on each tank.

I am painting my 1912 commercial roadster dark blue with black fenders. Were the open door sill moldings painted blue or black? What about the hood former, the hood shelves and rear sear riser molding that curves up from the floorboard to the top of the platform the rear seat sits on. The car won't be pin striped.

Anybody try the fuel scent additives? I know there has been many complaints from the wives about the Ts stinking up the garage, but I guess that goes beyond Ts because they now sell additives that emit all kinds of flavors from your exhaust to make the wife happy. Here are some of the scents they sell now online....

Does anyone know where I can get a face cutter like the one used with the spindle bushing thrust cutting tool sold by the vendors? I'm looking for one to build a set up for cleaning up the thrust surfaces on the axle yoke.

Pretty uncommon carb. Zenith U6 that came with RAJO B heads. Hard to find. Does anyone know the difference between 1911/12 and 1913/14 firewall brackets. In particular the markings on the bracket, are they part numbers or dates.
The ones have viewed on vehicles are not consistent from the left to the right. Cannot find anything in Bruce’s Book. Would any have any information on this.

I was at a swap meet today and a gentleman had a ruxstell axle that was paired up with a Planator in front of it for sale. My first thought was someone really needed some grunt. Thoughts gentleman? Nice and greasy. Thoughts on value? Any comments appreciated.

Does anyone have any insight into the difference between these 2 windshield clamps ? The right one came with my 1922 Touring and the left one came with the 1923 roof irons i just found. The right ones have a smaller diameter and dont fit on the windshield posts I now have.

My car overheated and raised the red in the thermometer all the way to the top. How can I get it down? I have tried tapping it on the metal end and also put it in the freezer for a while and tapped it again, and just let it standing upright, but it won't go down. This has happened once before and I had to buy a new one. I still have the old one...

I am working on getting the suspension done on my 26 speedster. I have machined Laurel style lowering brackets for the front axle but I need to drill the holes to fit them to the axle. This needs to be done so there is no play between the axle and the bracket, but getting them in exactly the right place will be a bit of a challenge.
