We set up this forum in Jan and 1000's of items have been sold. That's good. Speaking from personal experience both selling and watching numerous transactions unfold, there are things that work, and others that don't work as well. Here are some pointers to get the most out of placing an ad:
- keep your description as clear and concise as possible...

Earlier this year I bought a 1932 Model B 5 Window that had been in backyard storage for 75 years. It was an early Hot Rod with a Morton and Brett OHV Dual Plug conversion head. It also had a front mounted Delco Two Cap distributor. These were originally used on cars from the late teens and early '20's. The American Stutz four cylinders used them....

FS: 21" wood wheels with rims and tires -- Hershey Delivery
by
Walter Higgins » Sat Sep 13, 2025 8:34 pm
Hershey delivery available.
These were takeoffs from a 1920 roadster project when they were replaced with a set of wheels correct for the year. Removed from a roadworthy car in the 1980's and in garaged storage most of the car's life (one-family ownership for over 90 years and put on about the 1940's). They'd look great on an unrestored driver....

when this kit of gaskets is gone then that's it - to heck with it
having to do a hard-sell on things that apparently no one wants is plenty demeaning but better than throwing things out (though it's damn tempting)

Might be in the market to replace my crank. Putting a feeler out for something stronger than what I've got. Rear flange out 2 thou. Could just need a facing, could be worse. Would like to upgrade for longevity anyways.
Trying to stay in budget (I know, those new fancy ones at Chaffins..)
Let me know what you have!
Thanks!
Last post
I disagree. Already 20 under. +wear?? Offered crank is only .002 larger. Very doable with timesaver.
Bonus: the new bearing surfaces will be 100%.
I have done the same, fitting a 1.250 scat crank to a standard Babbitt block.
I would not pass up this excellent crank.

I am in need of the bracket and mounting u-bolts that goes on front frame cross member and holds the front springs in place as well as supports the nose of the engine pan on a '27 touring.
Last post
The first photo shows the correct mounting for a 1927 model T. the threaded hole in the front accepts a bolt which fastens the radiator apron in place.

Have several Model T Ford ignition coils with Tractror Unit branded marking available for rebuilding.
Used in Fordson Tractors.

Larry... The first run in early ones were embossed as tractor units, had a few myself in past years...... The capacitor was physically wider than in other other Ford made coils , and the potting tar was of a higher melting composition.

Thanks Steve for telling the truth! The fact is Sunderlin had no mechanical knowledge that I'm aware of. He wrongly assumed all the equalizers did the same thing. How wrong he was. I'm surprised Bud Williams didn't correct the matter when he took over the business. Real Rocky Mountains never used rods to the brakes.

For whatever it is worth? I had one of those Fordson mag drives a long time ago. The drive gear with it seemed to fit the T's camshaft and line up okay with the mag drive. I was considering using it on a speedster I had at the time, but found a proper mag drive for it instead. I considered keeping it for a future project, but someone at a swap...
