We set up this forum in Jan and 1000's of items have been sold. That's good. Speaking from personal experience both selling and watching numerous transactions unfold, there are things that work, and others that don't work as well. Here are some pointers to get the most out of placing an ad:
- keep your description as clear and concise as possible...

For sale:
A Rubes horn in very nice unrestored condition. This has the diamond shaped mounting bracket which is specific to 1915. Realize that s/h may be an issue for something this large and bulky, but not heavy. Final destination is Atl GA. Let me know if you have anything. My current fenders do not have the light bar...

If you've got an early T here's an engine for you. According to the T SN listing, this engine was in a car sold in Dec. 1911. There isn't a casting date on the engine (that I've found). The SN on it is 88211, So this was probably in a 1912 Model year car. However, it could have been in an 11 sold late. Here in Ky we didn't have a title law until...

Richard,
It looks like you were able to pick up a nice engine for a very reasonable price! If you are planning on building it up as an authentic 1911/1912 engine as possible, then you are probably going to need to find a correct 1911/1912 pan. Mike Bird's reply provided some good pictures of the correct pan for that era, and the first pictures of...

If I understand Harry correctly, He was concerned about the receiver and this bracket would work for the spade or post. The picture you posted shows the spade and post for hanging the light. The picture Harry posted has a light that would use the spade and not the post.

15-16 rear pass rear door hinge plate

Hey All!
Working on my 1916 touring car. Sheet metal where rear door hinge attaches through sheet metal into wood frame is messed up. Would someone be able to cut off six inches and sell it to me? Maybe I could explain it better in a phone call.

I’m looking for a rear fender mount rod that screws into the rear quarter pillar for a Centerdoor Sedan.
You’d think the ones for tourings were the same, but they are not. They are 1/2 inch shorter than CD ones.
I thought I had found one at Luray, but alas, it is too short. (Only paid $5 for it, so no big loss)
The threads on the end are all...

For Sale: Stevens Front Axle Tool Frame.
I’m not an expert on these, but I’m pretty sure this is an original and not a reproduction. I only have what’s shown in the pictures. The “T” handle turns and threads look fine.
$250 plus shipping in the U.S.A.

$1500 sounds like a great deal to me. It would take a fellow a good amount of time to round up all 4 parts . I have never seen an engine block like this for sale even. If I did not already own an NOS head exactly like this, I would go for this package ! ( I am just sayin') :-) -Dusty

Looking for a pair of bucket seats for a speedster, shells are fine. Preferably in the northeast. The ride from CA is just too cost prohibitive.

PRICE REDUCED: 75.00 postpaid in the USA!
This Stewart Warner Hand Operated Tachometer is probably from the 1950s. It is New Old Stock and includes two rubber tips and the original instructions in the original envelope.
