I have been doing some maintainence on my 1912 chocolate van prior to some promotional work. I found a problem I have never before encountered.

The fixed end on the drag link was quite loose, and could be turned almost 1/2 a turn on the end. It appears to have never been riveted, and the bronze had let go. It is scary to think how long it has...

Two pairs of the later style offset open car windshield hinges. One hinge in each pair is NOS. The other is a very nice original. All of these hinges have the original Ford paint and are in excellent condition.

These are the early demountable rims that have separate lugs shoes and a cleat on the inside of the rim that straddles one of the demountable rim bolts in the wheel felloe. Stephen, be aware that Kelsey 88 rims come in two variants, at least they do on our Canadian sourced cars. One type has a rolled in ridge around the rim, into which lands are milled to accept the short foot of the loose lug. Looking for a good/working ignition switch. I've had two new switches that failed in one way or another quickly after installation. The one that is presently installed fails at times because the keyway is so loose the contacts fail and the key almost falls out. I want to get back to an original switch.Has anyone had luck with the rebuild kits...

I have rebuilt several switches with original and repro parts. The repro tumbler assembly does require a bit of fitting. The other rebuild part is the backing plate (pin or clip style). The new switch plates use the same parts so not sure what you might gain. The components behind the face-plate, rectangular or oval, are pretty much the same....

(Sold, pending) These are best suited for someone who has the skills to successfully use them…. These were in an engine that had gotten rusty in the bores. Not tight, but pretty sticky. Some rings are in them and didn’t expand out so I assume they are stuck. Rings will require removing as well as cleaning of the grooves. I haven’t tried prying on...

Here is a very nice fan hub, may be NOS. Check out the dome on the pulley, no wear. Most are worn flat and belt will run off.

The funny thing is that I have a Edmunds two by two manifold for a 216 - 235 Chevy somewhat like this manifold, the manifold that I got a long time ago from the late Carl Schmitt from Stockton California.
