How Many ACTUALLY Made?
I'm confused. People say that the 15,000,000th Ford was the final Model T ever made. BUT! I do remember several times in the past being told that more were made than 15,000,000. I got a variety of numbers from 15,500,000 all the way up to 17,000,000?! I haven't had this explained to me yet in 6 years, anyone care to enlighten me?

Re: How Many ACTUALLY Made?
For 1927 Ts the enclyclopedia says "Black wire wheels became standard on the closed cars late in the year but were optional until that time." My question: Before the wire wheels became standard, were the optional wire wheels black or could they have ordered a color and if so, what wheel colors were vailable?

Re: How Many ACTUALLY Made?
My understanding is the often quoted '15 million' is the U.S. production only. What was the Canadian production?

Thanks, Dan. So it does seem Model T production is actually closer to 16 million, which is what I have always thought.DanTreace wrote: ↑Sat Aug 08, 2020 9:47 amCanadian production of Model T : 757,030
