Possible run of spare tire carriers.

Post by Jeepbone1 » Thu Mar 31, 2022 9:08 pm

I’m waiting on the casting foundry in town to give me a price but would anyone be interested in the accessory windshield stanchion mount with running board plate spare tire carrier? I’ve seen a few of them but even fewer with the running board plate. If my measurements are correct, you’d me able to carry 21”, 30x3 and 30x3.5 tires.

On paper, all 3 (stock) tire sizes have the same O.D. This does not consider oversize tires which are common on 30x3.5 & 21".

The 30x3.5 mounted on the blue roadsters carrier is oversized. Can’t use the running board plate but holds well otherwise.

Brad,

I would be interested in a set. Also, I have the top piece on my 1919 Roadster pickup. Would you sell the bottom plate separately?

Thanks,
Dom

Any updates on this project...? I would be interested in adding my name to the list for a set. Could possibly help move the project along as well if assistance was needed...
