I’m wondering if anyone out there can identify the maker of the outside of the hub brakes from some pictures?
My thoughts right now are to delete the redundant actuating shafts and carrier and just leaving them hand operated.

Look like “Master” brakes to me. To be honest, I don’t believe I have ever seen the linkage associated with the Master brakes… but have come across several of the 2” larger diameter cast iron drums with raised lettering on the inboard side.
