I just recently found a company in Louisville, KY that makes custom battery cables per your request at extremely reasonable prices. The company name is Custom Battery Cables and the website is batterycablesusa.com. They only use USA made cable and parts. The website allows you to custom design any cable, any end configuration and color for what I call cheap. The coatings on the cables are not period correct, so if you are doing a points car, they would not work for that application. The ones I picked up today for our 30 A coupe, for the main negative cable that goes to the battery disconnect switch and the second cable that goes from the disconnect to the starter terminal were $20 for both, complete and assembled.
Take a look at the website and see if there is something that might be of use. And shipping is very reasonable too. In KY, the shipping for the above cables would have been $4.

I second Tom's recommendation- just placed an order with them for a project. Shipping is more than reasonable, and very quick. Web site is easy to use, and parts arrived in a few days. If you need era correct covering, you can always slip a length of cotton loom over the modern cable and wrap the ends with good old cloth friction tape.
