Hi all,
A new challenge arrived at home with a few questions.
It should be a Laurel 16 valves cylinder head.
All the valves are missing. So I am looking for information about the valves and all the parts I need to make the head working again.
In the attachment a few photos of the head as it arrived here.
Thanks for your help.

The rocker arm mounts are prone to breaking.

Way kool find Andre! There are a few fellas on here that are quite familiar with the Roof 16 heads. Looks to me like you have a BB model head, but equipped with C model rockers. Yours rockers are the later style, much better than the earlier style shown in the drawing, but still prone to braking if abused. Excessive spring pressure, high cam lift, and high RPM’s may lead to rocker troubles.
The C model heads have the intake valves offset 1/4” so the BB rockers are modified to match. All the components are the same, but the towers get cut down 1/4” on one side and a ring spacer added to the other. You will need to return the rockers back to centered about the towers to work with this head.
Head should accept stock T valves and springs

Re: New Challenge: Laurel 16 valves cylinder head.
On my BB I used Ford Escore exhaust valves. Something like 1981-83. This was 25 years ago so forgive my memory. I also think it was a GM retainer that I machined to fit the springs. Seems to me the head of the valve was 1.480 instead of 1.500. The difference is only .010 on each side. I also think the 8 MM Escore valve stem took up some of the clearance in the 5/16 guides.

I saw that cylinder head for sale and I was very tempted. Fortunately you snapped it up before I made up my mind.

Good on you!
The bottom view of the Laurel is gorgeous and looks like two O.T.'s I have here.
