An Hour in the Model T - Relaxing Drive

Post by ModelTMitch » Thu Sep 04, 2025 10:18 am

Buckle up! Well close enough - there's no seatbelts in a T!

Today, I had two engagements involving my Model T, the first was a visit to a local aged care home, along with fellow classic car club members, to show our cars to the elderly residents. The other to a Fathers' Day event, hosted by the local Bunnings store.
Having just bought a new GoPro, I thought I'd test out its image stabilization by suction-cupping it to the windscreen of the Model T and filming the drive. Very steady on our uneven roads I have to say!

Enjoy an hour of peaceful driving in the Model T.

Pretty scary, with everybody driving on the wrong side. :D

The unpaved road looks surprisingly smooth. Does the Go-Pro do that, or is it really smoother than most unpaved roads?
