I'm so excited. I've wanted a Model T fire truck for 40 years. This is a 1924 Howe body on a 1925 TT chassis. What year model truck would y'all consider this to be. 24 or 25?

Nice taut top material Dan, Gorgeous fire truck too. Judging by the building’s ceiling, they both came from the same place. Is there a story here ??

Once apon a time in a town far for some but not to others. There was a man named Don Meadows that liked concrete and old cars. Specially Model T and A Fords. He had a vision. That is the story.

Thanks Rick, yours too.

That little orange badge peaking out from behind the left headlight is an AACA National Senior award. Many of the cars sold there had them.
Rick were you there of were you on line?

Both cars are nice. I wonder how many first time buyers of a Model T there will be due to this auction? We may be getting some new members over the next year, asking about mothballs.

Great buys for you both. I thought the 1912 Torpedo was a great buy. He certainly had a knack for buying nice Ts.

The gas tank on the 12 was rotted out. Fuel leaked all over the deck and paint was coming off.
Other than that nice car.

I hate to disrupt things...... but back to the original question, the answer is it's a 1924. that's the year of manufacture of the vehicle.

Nice! Wouldn’t the proper term be: “My NOS ride”?
